A total of six standard categories are available for sale, including standing tickets for the North Curve, where the Ukrainian fans will have their home section. For an exclusive matchday experience, tickets for the hospitality areas at Schalke are also available at tickets.schalke04.de.

S04 points out that Shakhtar Donetsk has decided to use a dynamic pricing system. This means that during the free sales phase, the ticket price can gradually increase if the number of available seats in a particular category decreases.

Four ticket packages can be purchased per fan.

All prices are final prices. They include all advance booking fees and free travel to and from the event on public transport within the area of validity of the Rhine-Ruhr Transport Association (VRR).

They are only valid on the day of the match until the end of operating hours, in the case of rail transport companies until 3 a.m. on the following day. It is not necessary to validate the tickets, but it is not possible to use the 1st class of Deutsche Bahn AG or any InterRegio, IC, EC or ICE trains.

Information for fans with a disability:

Every interested fan with a disability must fill out the registration form in preparation for the ticket purchase and send this and a copy of the disabled person's ID to the S04 Service Centre. This process only needs to be carried out once and does not need to be repeated. This means that fans who already have their data, including their disabled pass, do not need to register again.
