All prices are final prices. This means that they include all advance booking fees and free travel to and from the event on public transport within the Rhine-Ruhr Transport Authority (VRR).

They are only valid on the respective match day until the close of operations, or until 3 a.m. on the following day in the case of rail transport companies. It is not necessary to validate the tickets, but it is not possible to use the 1st class of Deutsche Bahn AG or any InterRegio, IC, EC or ICE trains.

Information for fans with a disability:

Every interested fan with a disability must fill out the registration form in preparation for the ticket purchase and send this and a copy of the disabled person's ID to the S04 Service Centre. This process only needs to be carried out once and does not need to be repeated. This means that fans who already have their data, including their disabled pass, do not need to register again.
